Acquisition is 100% organic per the seller's exports: no ad spend over the period, three years of rankings on the niche. The 2025 figures (revenue about $11,800, net about $4,500) are seller-provided and reviewed from accounting exports, not yet API-verified. Early 2026 softened sharply (first quarter around $110 a month of net), which is partly seasonal but should be treated as a real decline signal, so the sub-1x annual-profit price reflects the risk. The two levers a buyer inherits are untested paid acquisition on visible organic demand and a high refund rate (about 24%) that directly caps net margin.
