TrustExits

Acceptable use and listing policy

Luminadeus LLC, operating TrustExits. This policy is part of the Terms of service. Last updated July 13, 2026.

1. Prohibited listings

The following assets may not be listed on TrustExits, and any such listing is removed without refund:

  • Businesses that are illegal, or whose products or operations are illegal, where the business or its customers are located.
  • Businesses selling counterfeit, trademark-infringing, or stolen goods, or operating on stolen data or accounts.
  • Unlicensed gambling, unlicensed pharmaceuticals, weapons, or adult content businesses.
  • Businesses that materially violate the terms of the platforms they depend on (Shopify, Amazon, Google, Meta, TikTok and similar), including banned ad accounts presented as active.
  • Assets the seller does not own or is not authorized to sell, in whole or in part.
  • Businesses involving any person or entity subject to trade sanctions (OFAC, EU or UN lists).
  • Shell listings: assets that do not exist, are duplicated, or are listed purely to harvest buyer contacts.

2. Prohibited conduct

When using TrustExits, all users agree not to:

  • Submit false, manipulated, or misleading revenue, traffic, or profit data, or interfere with the verification connectors.
  • Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent an affiliation.
  • Share confidential listing data obtained on the platform (store URL, financials, seller identity) outside the deal room it was revealed in.
  • Contact a counterparty off-platform to close a deal introduced here in circumvention of the fee (see Terms, section 3).
  • Scrape, crawl, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract data from the platform, or use it to build a competing database or service.
  • Harass, threaten, or defraud other users, or use the deal room for any purpose other than negotiating the listed asset.
  • Use the platform for money laundering, structuring, or any transaction designed to evade financial reporting obligations.

3. Enforcement

TrustExits may remove any listing, suspend or terminate any account, and cancel any deal room, at its sole discretion, with or without notice, when this policy or the Terms are violated or when {siteName} reasonably suspects fraud. Fees already paid are not refunded when the removal follows a violation. {siteName} cooperates with law enforcement and with Escrow.com's compliance requests.

4. Identity checks (KYC and AML)

Closing a deal requires cooperating with the identity checks requested on the platform and by Escrow.com, which performs its own know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering screening as a licensed escrow provider. Refusing an identity check stops the deal; it does not create any liability for TrustExits.

5. Reporting

To report a listing or a user that violates this policy, write to hello@trustexits.com.
